I’m Jane Adlington an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved coach and Business English Trainer (CELTA/IBET) who coaches and trains in Europe and online. I’ve been working with my clients for nine years and have worked in twenty different companies improving communication in the business world.
I originate from the UK but currently live in Bavaria with my three children and Golden Retriever.
I’ve recognised that people often hold themselves back, either because of conditioning, perceived language barriers or communication skills. I believe now is the time to change that and make a more significant difference in this world.

Trust and Responsibility
We all want to feel open and full of possibilities so it’s important we trust in each other’s motives and abilities. In giving trust to others we are saying, “I believe in you and I believe you’ll do the right thing.” Creating the future desire requires acceptance of responsibilities outside our comfort zones.
Adaptability and wellbeing
Adapting to life’s hard knocks, people we have relationships with, changing times leads me on to the topic of the power of choice. We all have the power of personal choice. This affords us freedom — in the roles we play, the projects we are part of, and the hours we work in our chosen locations. Wellbeing has to be a habit from day to day, month to month and year to year.
Freedom and Love
We are hardwired for freedom love and honour. But it’s easy for us to become blinkered or out-of-touch when we’re constantly working with our heads down. When we resonate at the frequency of love and freedom we free ourselves and each other, we restore perspective, confidence and connection.
Coaching will help you understand that you can live the life you want to lead, bring you more happiness and have an understanding that you can change by re-wiring the things that are holding you back.
